Our promise to you

We want you to love your Oilogy scent. Because fragrance is so personal — and for hygiene reasons we can't resell opened products — all sales are final on opened or used items.

Changed your mind? Unopened products in their original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.

 Something wrong with your order? If we made an error, like sending the wrong item, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
